  • Will my email account be spammed if I register for an account?
    • No.  We follow strict CAN-SPAM Act rules and offer a very simple way to stop receiving emails if you so wish.  Email addresses on registered accounts are managed internally and NEVER shared with anyone or any other company.
  • What is this newsletter?
    • We send out a members only email newsletter to our registered clients with updates regarding collections that are opening or closing, as well as introductions to new designs.  We also make announcements about conventions or events that we may be attending.  BB and B does not do “coupon codes” or “discounts” as a company policy so unlike other brands that may send out a “coupon code” every 2 days, we only send the newsletter to announce collections or for site updates.
  • Can I close my account?
    • Absolutely.  Simply click on the unsubscribe link in the members newsletter and your account will automatically be deactivated.  All communications will cease at that point.
    • You can also just reply or email us to close your account and we’ll take care of it right away.
  • I forgot my password.
    • That’s not a problem.  Click here to reset your password: RESET MY PASSWORD
