BB Gumball Machines

A call back to simpler times, possibly even happier times,… our gumball machines hope to give you that small sense of peace when time moved slowly and the days were filled with joy.

From sketch to production, the BB and B Gumball Machine was designed and created with the single purpose of bringing the wearer to those times that were most happiest for them.

The body of each gumball machine is solid brass with a shiny glossy enamel coating. And the glass dome is genuine non-tempered glass for maximum clarity.

And for the gumballs themselves, we opted for beadings and crystals from one of Japan’s premium beading store, Miyuki, instead of our usual Swarovski affair.

This entire collection was definitely a case of BB and B biting off more than it can chew.  What was supposed to be a simple 6 month process turned into an 18 month ordeal of sweat, blood, and tears.

Much was learned with the mistakes that were made. To achieve not just the look but the feel of the jewelry in your hands, production times were ignored, weight was increased, and our initial budget was destroyed within the first couple of months.

But like all creations that draw blood from the creator, we absolutely adore how our gumball machines came out and hope that you do as well.
